We began this step in developing the product by identifying key user categories and needs through customer development.  With the user stories revealed we were then able to design the flows based off the three main user categories (Agencies, Real Estate Agents, Property Buyers) and think critically about specific interactions that fit each of the user's needs. Then we connected the user interactions with U.U.R.A's internal CMS to map out how the MVP would operate on both ends of the business.
